Mr. Gaston has advised and represented clients with complex commercial and international disputes. His clients have included a Swiss oil magnate, A Taiwanese company and its owner, Asian clothing companies which were forced to arbitrate disputes with a United States contractor in order to collect payments owed them, and a large Canadian forest products company with trade and customs issues.
